Pratik Sinha 58a0340ab6 Add Eleventy + SilverBullet publishing pipeline recipe 
Covers the complete pratik.do pipeline: Eleventy 3.1.5 ESM config with
setUseGitIgnore(false), .11tydata.json directory data pattern, gitignored
content injection via rsync, three systemd units (oneshot build service,
path watcher with Unit= directive, nginx:alpine container), Traefik labels
for public site with www redirect, mash group membership, Traefik restart
requirement for new containers, and Ansible sudo env_reset workaround for
git clone. Verified against MASH 2026-04.
